Your friend calls you at 12am and wish you Happy New Year with a languorous tone and slams down the phone.
Your friends had a gathering at Y2K when you were stuck, sleeping at home.
You manage to wake up at 12.30am and hollered your sisters name.
You opened up 3 sms messages with the same message that goes 'Are you still awake? It's 12am!' and the next 3 sms messages will be 'Happy New Year!'
You went downstairs to make yourself a cup of coffee and greeted your dogs Happy New Year.
Anyone up for a beer?
Suddenly, someone just smsed you and says 'Happy Birthday to ME!'.
Someone calls and ask 'Hey, are you Evelyn?'
Your pet bro calls and said that he's back from wherever he went to.
You woke up at 8.30am and heard a loud knock on your bedroom door and the next thing you know was listening to your parents shouting 'Happy New Year!!'... close the door and went back to bed!
*Now that's what i call a Happy New Year!*

whoa! good take on new years... i on the other hand had lamb and turkey dins with the family but i wish i could have roamed around with a few frens ... cheers and happy new year...!!!
